Calendar on your phone

On your smartphone, the calendar starts in Month view, just like on your computer. If you'd rather start with Week or Agenda, change it in your profile (see below).

Agenda shows a clear list of your events from today onward. A multi-day event appears there on each of its days: a full card on the first day, and a slim row reading “Day 2 of 3” on the days after – so you can see at a glance that it's still running, instead of an empty day.

In Agenda, you see the current week at the top. Tap a day to jump straight there; the small dots mark days with events. Use the ‹ › arrows to page week by week, forward and back – so you can see past events too. The Today button brings you back at any time.

Switching views

The M · W · A switch moves between Month, Week and Agenda. Month gives you the overview, Week shows individual days in more detail, and Agenda lists your events in order.

You choose which view the calendar opens in under Display & appearance → Default calendar view in your profile: Automatic (Month), Month, Week or Agenda. It applies only to you, on your phone and on your computer.

New event

The floating + button at the bottom right creates a new event at any time.

Filtering

Filter opens a selector where you can filter by family members, homes or groups – including quick picks. The number on the filter button shows how many filters are currently active.

More features

Behind the ⋯ menu, you'll find: show/hide tasks, birthdays, print/PDF export and calendar import.
