Health: Sport

Sport is a special kind of routine: a workout you do on certain days – a back programme on Tuesdays and Fridays, a long run on Sundays. You set it up once, optionally add your exercises, then tick it off day by day.

What it's about

The Sport tab is where you manage your workouts – add, edit, archive. Due sessions appear on Today to tick off, just like your routines, and additionally in the calendar on the right days – in emerald green, so they stand out from tasks. Like a routine, every session has a streak with a record.

How it works

“New session” opens a short form: an icon, a name and the rhythm – on certain weekdays, daily, or a few times a week. Optionally, choose a time of day and enter your exercises: one name per line (squats) and a detail (3x12 or 20 min). The exercises are meant as a memory aid for yourself; everything's optional.

In the calendar

Your workouts appear in the calendar automatically – as a green box in month view, as their own line in week view and the agenda. Tapping the box ticks off the session for that day, right from the calendar. This calendar view is strictly private: only your own sessions appear, nobody else sees them there. Use the calendar layers (the desktop sidebar, or the ⋯ menu on your phone) to show or hide “Sport”.

Private, on purpose

Like everything in Health, sport is private by default – only you see it, not even admins. Want to share something (“Dad's going for a run”), switch it per session to Specific people or Family.

Good to know

Ticking off works offline too – as soon as you're back online, it's synced. patchio isn't a medical product and doesn't replace medical advice; it just helps you keep at it.
