Health: Today
The Today tab is your daily companion: it shows what's coming up at a glance, lets you log readings in seconds, and shows small trends – so you actually feel like opening it.
The header: greeting, ring and streak
At the top, patchio greets you depending on the time of day, and next to it a progress ring fills in: it shows how much of today is already done (routines and medicines due). Once everything's done, the number turns into a green tick. If you've done everything several days in a row, a small “🔥 … in a row” chip appears – days with nothing planned at all don't count as a break.
Your day plan
The plan is grouped by time of day – Morning, Midday, Evening, plus “During the day” for routines with no fixed time and “As needed” for medicines with no fixed plan. The current block carries a “Now” label, and the next open item is highlighted, so you can see what's coming up next. Tick things off with a tap, as usual.
Logging readings
Right on “Today”, you log your readings (weight, blood pressure, sleep…): every reading type you've already logged once appears as a tile with its last value and a neutral trend arrow – tap it to open logging, already preselected. No readings yet? A few suggestions invite you to log your first one. The arrow only shows direction, without judging it.
Want to log a type that isn't listed here yet? Use the last button behind the tiles – “Reading” on your phone, “Add reading” on a computer. The dialogue then opens with nothing preselected, and you pick the type yourself at the top.
Your trend
Below that sits a swipeable trend card: each day it shows a different one of your insights first – your weight trend against the target, this week's routine or dose rate, your mood, or your sport record. Tap it to go to the full Insights. On a computer, readings and trend sit neatly in their own column on the right.
Catching up
To catch up on a past day, use the arrows in the header to go back (or jump straight to a date via the calendar icon). The header then switches to catch-up mode: you tick off routines, medicines and your mood for that day, and “Back to today” brings you back to the present.
Only trends – nothing medical
The numbers and arrows on “Today” are deliberately neutral: patchio shows you trends and patterns, but doesn't rate anything medically. For health questions, your doctor remains the right place to ask.
