Health: Readings
Keep an eye on your health readings – weight, blood pressure (with pulse), resting pulse, sleep duration and temperature. Enter a number, and the trend builds itself.
What it's about
Every reading is an entry with a timestamp. patchio groups them by type and shows you the last reading and a small trend line for each – so you can see where things are heading at a glance. patchio doesn't rate anything medically; it just shows your own numbers.
How it works
“Add reading” opens a short form: choose the type, enter the number (for blood pressure, systolic/diastolic and optionally pulse), confirm the time – done. On every type card, the “+” takes you straight to a new reading, and “History” expands every past reading; tap one to edit or delete it.
For children
Use “Who it's for” to log readings for a child you're a guardian for – a fever chart during an illness, say. Both guardians can see the chart.
Private, on purpose
Readings are private by default – only you (and, for children, their guardians) see them, not even admins. You can share a reading type with specific people or the family.
Good to know
Decimal numbers (e.g. 72,5 kg or 37,2 °C) are stored exactly. patchio isn't a medical product and doesn't replace medical advice.
